Esther Gresswell

Esther Gresswell is a classically trained Mezzo-soprano making her debut with Bk Opera . Esther holds a Bachelor Degree in Music from the University of Melbourne under the tutelage of Suzanne Johnston and Roger Howell. Esther has been heavily involved with operatic, and operetta productions including Vittoria in the Gondoliers with GSOV (2016), the Melbourne Opera chorus member for productions in 2016 and 2017 and the Melbourne Conservatorium’s productions of Passion, Lament, Glory (2016) and Monteverdi’s Orfeo (2017). This year, Esther is eager to continue her study with her teachers and her involvement with Melbourne Opera and other Melbourne Companies and is thrilled to begin her new ventures in 2018 including becoming a scholar in the Opera Scholars Australia program, performing Tessa in The Gondoliers with Savoy Opera and performing at various events throughout the year including a recital in September.
